Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 7, 2026
Zerohour is published by Setout Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. Nothing, because we never receive it.
We do not collect personal data
There is no account and no sign-up. We do not run analytics, advertising, attribution, trackers or crash reporting in the app. We build no profile of you and operate no server that holds your information, so there is nothing for us to sell, share or lose.
Everything runs on your device
The drinks you log, your bedtime, your clearance setting and every number derived from them are stored on your phone and computed on your phone. The app works offline. Your log is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
If you have device backup enabled, your phone may include the app's data in the backup it makes. That backup sits under your Apple or Google account and their terms, not ours, and we have no access to it.
Support correspondence
The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us: an email to support@zerohr.cc reporting a problem or suggesting a drink for the database. We use it to answer you and to fix or add what you reported, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Purchases
If the app offers a purchase, the transaction is carried out by the app store you downloaded from. That store handles payment and holds the purchase record under its own terms and privacy policy. We never receive your payment card details.
Your rights over your data
Since we collect nothing, there is nothing for us to access, export or delete on your behalf. Your data is on your phone: you can edit or delete any entry inside the app, and deleting the app deletes your data.
Children
Zerohour is not directed to children under 13. We knowingly collect no information from anyone, children included.
Security
Your data is never transmitted and never held by us, so the only exposure surface is your device: keep it locked and keep its operating system current. If you believe you have found a security issue in the app, write to support@zerohr.cc.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. For a material change, such as a future version of the app transmitting anything, we will say so in the app before that version collects anything.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where mandatory local data-protection law applies.
